The Image Entertainment & Distinction (IED) 2015 Awards
New York, NY – The 2016 Image Entertainment & Distinction (IED), awards show takes place on Sunday, July 24th at The Radisson Hotel in New Rochelle, NYC.
Award presentations honoring distinctive leaders such as, Cash Money VP Malcolm Miles, whose first major success was attributed to the award of multi-Platinum and Grammy-winning hip-hop groups. Lifetime Achievement in Media will be given to veteran radio personality, Conroy Allison. Irie Jam’s leading lady Syn Clarke, will be honored with the IED Promoter Award. Sister Aimee Koonmen will receive the IED lifetime Humanitarian Award for her dedication as the founder of Bethany House, a homeless shelter in New York City that helps families in need.
The 4th Annual Award show, will host a red carpet and cocktail reception from 6-7pm, Award ceremony will take place from 7-10pm. Guests will be entertained with a one-of-a kind, performances by sultry Latina Artists Natalia Segura and Ec Salsero. This years IED Awards will highlight a special tribute to the Legendary “Prince”. The IED Awards is produced by founder celebrity blogger and radio personality Madonna Williams CEO of Glamsensedivas.com.
“We are proud to honor those who have contributed or set trends in their careers” said the IED Awards President and CEO Madonna Williams. ”We know that this year will be bigger and better, we are happy that the Awards will take place for the second time in Westchester County at The Radisson Hotel in New Rochelle”. Madonna added, “The IED Awards is also pleased to honor International Jamaican Chef Richie Rich and Ecuadorian chef Humerto Guallpa with “The IED Hospitality Award”. This year the award show includes a new category the IED Trendsetter award that will honor Celebrity Stylist Pilar Scratch and Media Mogul Madison Jaye.
The high-profile celebration will also honor Irie Jam Media Syn Clarke and veteran radio host Conroy Allison. BET’s recipient of 2016 Next In Class and TV Personality, Rae Holliday. Fashion Designers Michael Cherry and Glenroy March will receive the IED Designer award. The IED Performing Arts award will go to Choreographer Donnaray Roc . In continuing the recognition of the beauty and fashion industry, the IED Award show will honor 14-year-old fashion designer Tyyan Williams. This year will mark the first time honoring top Gynecologist specialist, Dr. Errol Thompson. There will be many special invited celebrity guests and presenters.
