Spike Lee Spotted In Brooklyn NY
Over the weekend, famed film director Spike Lee was spotted sparking chaos in Brooklyn borough-wide with his latest project. The New York enthusiast wrote, produced and directed a short film for the 9th birthday of Dylan Freidman, son of taxi mogul Evgeny Freidman, one of Spike’s closest friends. Filming commenced at Lee’s 40 Acres and a Mule studios – complete with costumes, scripts makeup, etc for all – and he managed to avoid any conflicts with Mayor Bloomberg, despite the lack of a film permit. All gifts brought by the twenty additional guests were donated to underprivileged kids in the area. Expect to see “Dylan’s Wish” out soon.
